Meet The Chef: Jose Rodriguez
Chef Jose’s culinary journey began in Mexico City, where he was inspired to cook by following his family’s cherished recipes. As an adult, he honed his skills working for well-known restaurants across Arizona and California, where he rose to the position of Sous Chef. His deep-rooted Mexican heritage and desire to thrive in the community led him to focus on Mexican cuisine.
